I am a Suzuki-trained flute teacher, and have been teaching in Minneapolis since 2010. I welcome beginners ages 4-100 years old, intermediate students interested in college-level music studies, and amateurs at any level. I am happy to give lessons on piccolo as well. My teaching style combines Suzuki method influence with my own lesson structure, incorporating both learning music aurally and reading music. I offer Suzuki piano lessons and general piano for adults in South Minneapolis. I am an active member of the local, state, and national Suzuki organizations, and have presented at the biennial Suzuki Association of the Americas conference.
