For many years, we have been providing award-winning music, and dance lessons for students of all ages and skill levels. This year, we celebrated our 20th year in business with a recital at the world-renowned Carnegie Hall. We welcome students of all ages to learn a musical instrument or dance. Joe's offers programs for all ages and skill levels, so whether you're a beginner who needs help learning how to play an instrument or you're an advanced dancer looking for more challenges, we'll find the right program for you! Our staff can help you identify your goals and provide you with all the information you need to make sure you are in the right program. We provide students with the opportunity to showcase what they have been working on in music recitals and dance productions at least twice per year as part of their training plan.

I am a very experienced voice teacher of tweens, teens and adults. I had a full career singing opera and operetta, oratorio, lieder recitals, as well as musical theater. I have degrees in vocal performance from the University of Cape Town, South Africa and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London, UK. I have been teaching voice and coaching singers for over 11 years in Westchester County, NY. My students have done very well in NYSSMA, ACD and local musical theater programs, as well as entering good colleges to study musical theater. They have won awards and one student has toured with the National Company in Sister Act. My students learn a very strong classical technique, that will stand them in good stead with many styles of singing and assure them of a healthy and long-lived vocal life. I am patient and kind, as well as being a very engaged and lively teacher. I take a personal interest in each of my students, making sure that I find his/her unique voice, so that he/she can be fully expressed as a musician and a performer, whether it be singing classical music or musical theater with a little pop and church music thrown in for good measure. I work with beginning students as well as those who are more advanced.
