Teaching private music lessons since 2009, Ashley Orwig (owner) has been playing music for over 25 years. Starting on alto saxophone at 6 years old she quickly found out that music gave her comfort. She holds a Bachelor's in Music from St. Mary's College of Maryland as well as a degree in secondary education and a certificate in early education. Ashley also have several years experience working in the public school system Special Education program for children diagnosed with ASD. Working one on one with students and focusing on their strengths is important in lessons. Not just following a method book. Edwina E. Hunter offers private piano lessons and theory to students aged 4-adult. Edwina Hunter is a past president of the Greater Laurel Music Teachers Association, immediate past Maryland State Music Teachers Association Membership Chair, MSMTA Keyboard program co-chair, and now President of the Maryland State Music Teachers Association.
