I teach Jazz/ Pop piano to students around the world over the phone and or Skype. I also teach " one-handed " students and blind students. I teach chords and get you playing songs in the very first lesson.

Teaching students of all ages and all levels to gain a love of playing the piano is what I offer. I blend different styles ranging from classical to contemporary and use technology including JoyTunes, Guitar Band and other apps. In addition to recitals, my students participate in AIM, Northshore Northwestern Festival of Music and other contests. I have a degree from U of IL, and hold a professional certificate in piano from the National Music Teacher's Association. I am currently an officer on the Illinois State Music Teacher's board of directors.
