Carole Kane Violin Studio - Suzuki Violin Lessons - All lessons are individualized!
1) Suzuki Violin - The preferred method for students aged 3-10 invites parent participation and home practice. Beginners receive 30-minute lessons.

2) Advanced lessons will include Suzuki materials, and will include traditional materials which will enable the student to excel in their school orchestra and prepare for various orchestra auditions. Academy students take 45 - 60 minute lessons.
About Carole Kane:
Carole Kane holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Music Education from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. She studied Suzuki violin pedagogy at SIU-E with John Kendall, world-renowned for bringing the Suzuki method to America, and Anastasia Jemplis of Eastman School of Music. Carole furthered her training by enrolling in study and teaching at Suzuki Institutes across the US, including post-graduate work at Claremont Graduate School and San Francisco State University. At several of these institutes, Carole worked personally with Dr. Suzuki.
Carole's Suzuki training is registered with SAA for books 1-8.
Carole is passionate about helping students develop sound skills and technique while developing a lifelong love of music. Carole directed a large private Suzuki program, school orchestras, and university classes in St. Louis, MO. After moving to the Atlanta area in 2002, Carole taught middle school orchestra for GCPS, where her students included many All-State Orchestra members, including the All-State concertmaster two years in a row! Carole recently left the public school system to focus on teaching the Suzuki method privately.
Carole currently performs on violin with The St. Louis Philharmonic and previously with The Atlanta Community Symphony Orchestra, and The Gwinnett Symphony.
