I teach students of all ages, and adults. Generally, students have 1/2 hour lesson at the piano, and 15 minutes at the music computer doing music theory. With adults - usually they have 45 minute piano lessons. I have all levels. I also teach sight reading with accompaniment disks after students have had piano lessons for several weeks. I've accompanied a 50 member choir (piano) for 40 years, so far. Students also have music theory books to work on.
